As a new family, we’d like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Five Star Family Day Care.

 

Please allow up to two (2) business days for your enrolment to be processed.

 

The enrolment process will be finalised when you have:

• Accepted your enrolment confirmation

• Received an email notifying you that your child is ready to begin care

• Contacted your educator to confirm your start date.

• Received your PIN number (required to sign child in/out)

 

Our enrolment process:

• Complete our online Enrolment form

​

Please upload the following documents to ensure the enrolment process can proceed without further delays:

- Up to date Immunisation Statement

- Current Medical Action Plans/court documents/parenting agreements (if applicable)

 

• You will receive an invoice via email from our software provider Harmony (noreply@rebourne) to pay the enrolment fee of $50 per child and $30 for an additional child.

 

• Accept Enrolment Confirmation:  Once your enrolment form is processed by our Enrolment team you will receive an Enrolment Confirmation via email from: NOREPLY@REDBOURNE. You must accept this enrolment confirmation for the enrolment to progress

 

• MYGOV: When the enrolment confirmation has been accepted, MYGOV details will be issued via your MYGOV app.

 

- Child Care Subsidy will APPLY once MYGOV CCS enrolment has been approved by Centrelink and confirmed by yourself.

- FULL FEES apply until MYGOV CCS enrolment is finalised.

• Payment of fees From the 1st July 2023 all child care fee must be paid by EFT (electronic Funds Transfer) to the service directly. Maitland Family Day Care will collect the "gap fee" payment from parents via REDPAY (Direct Debit) as our electronic payment processing system.
